Hike Venturesの投資先であるfirmlyが、$15MのSeries Aを調達しました。今回のラウンドはSquarepoint Capitalがリードし、J.P. Morgan Payments、Mastercard、Samsung NEXT、ARK Invest、Hike Venturesなどが参加しています。これにより、累計調達額は約$20Mとなりました。

firmlyは、加盟店とAI Agent、マーケットプレイス、ソーシャルネットワークなどの新しい販売チャネルをつなぐAgentic Commerce基盤を提供しています。

同社の「firmly Connect」を利用することで、加盟店は既存のコマース基盤を大きく変更することなく、新たな販売チャネルへ接続できます。顧客との関係や取引データを維持しながら、自らMerchant of Recordであり続けられる点も特徴です。

また、自然言語での商品検索から決済、購入後のサポートまでを会話形式で提供する「Ask Agent」も展開しています。

AI Agentがユーザーに代わって商品を探し、比較し、購入する機会が増える中、加盟店側にもAI時代の新しい流通チャネルへ接続するためのインフラが必要になります。firmlyは、その接続レイヤーを構築しています。

今回の資金調達を通じて、グローバルでの事業拡大を進める予定です。

firmly provides infrastructure that connects merchants with emerging commerce channels including AI agents, marketplaces, and social networks.

As AI agents increasingly search, compare, and purchase products on behalf of consumers, merchants need new infrastructure to connect with these AI-driven channels. firmly is building that connection layer for agentic commerce.

The new funding will support the company’s continued global expansion.
